What is the Cashless Poland Program?

The Cashless Poland Program is a nationwide initiative run by the Cashless Poland Foundation aimed at helping businesses accept cashless payments, including online.

 

As part of the program, you can receive funding to cover the costs of launching and processing card payments in your online store.

Who is the program for?

The program is intended exclusively for online stores that:

have not accepted online payments in the last 12 months

have not previously participated in the Cashless Poland Program in e-commerce (using physical POS terminals within or outside the program is allowed)

want to accept online payments, including at least card-based payment methods

What do you gain with PayU?

As part of the Cashless Poland Program with PayU, you receive:

0 PLN setup fee for online payments

0% commission on Visa and Mastercard payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Click to Pay, and VISA Mobile*

payment processing compliant with card scheme requirements

* valid for 12 months from activation, or

* until reaching 50,000 PLN in card payment turnover

 

The program applies to one online store and is valid for a maximum of 12 months from activation.

Who can benefit from the program?

The program is available to businesses that:

· run a business registered in Poland

· have not accepted online payments in the past 12 months

· meet the conditions specified in the program regulations

How long does the funding last?

The funding is valid for up to 12 months from launching the online store or until reaching 50,000 PLN in turnover – whichever comes first.

Which payments are covered by the 0% commission?

The program covers payments made with Visa and Mastercard cards.

What happens after the program ends?

After the funding period ends, payments are settled according to the terms of the agreement with PayU.

Can I join the program again or pause participation and return later?

No. The program in the e-commerce channel is available only once per online store.
